Terms of Service

- Payment via Paypal, Ko-fi, or V-Gen. No refunds.
- Payment upfront or 50/50.
- Paypal tax will be included at the checkout.
- My turnaround time is 8-14 business days, depending on the difficulty AND waitlist. Unless there's a tight deadline, then it will be completed within the agreed deadline.
- Personal use only (unless we agree to commercial rights. Please CREDIT ME by linking any of my social media or Carrd.
- You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy or modify my artwork in
any circumstances without my consent.
- I have the right to post your finished commission image (watermarked) on any of my
social media. (If you would not like your commission to be posted please tell me beforehand).
- You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes.
- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios.
- I can deny any request if it is too out of my reach.
